ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) ในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฯ) ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีประสิทธิภาพสอดคล้องกับหลักการพื้นฐานของการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล คือ หลักความจำเป็น ความได้สัดส่วน และการเคารพสิทธิขั้นพื้นฐานของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามรัฐธรรมนูญ และมาตรฐานสากล จึงได้จัดทำนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อให้เจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและสาธารณชนรับทราบและเข้าใจถึงวัตถุประสงค์ หลักการ และมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดย ธปท. เพื่อดำเนินการในหน้าที่ธนาคารกลางและการกำกับดูแลสถาบันการเงินและระบบการชำระเงินเพื่อดำรงไว้ซึ่งเสถียรภาพทางการเงิน เสถียรภาพของระบบสถาบันการเงินและเสถียรภาพระบบการชำระเงิน และการดำเนินการตามกฎหมายอื่นที่กำหนดให้เป็นหน้าที่และอำนาจของ ธปท. ทั้งนี้ สำนักข่าวบลูมเบิร์กรายงานด้วยว่า วาระการดำรงตำแหน่งของเศรษฐพุฒิ ในฐานะผู้ว่าการ ธปท.จะสิ้นสุดลงในเดือน ก.ย.2568 ที่จะถึง โดยนายเศรษฐพุฒิเปิดเผยว่า จะไม่ขอรับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงตำแหน่งต่ออีกสมัยเป็นสมัยที่สองในปีหน้า.

แนวโน้ม เศรษฐกิจไทย 2567 ธนาคารแห่ง ประเทศไทย

น.ส.รุ่ง ยังให้ความเห็นถึงกระแสการเรียกร้องให้ ธปท.พิจารณาปรับลดอัตราดอกเบี้ยนโยบาย ในภาวะที่อัตราเงินเฟ้อติดลบอยู่ในปัจจุบันว่า หาก กนง. มีความสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน ประชาชนสามารถทำความเข้าใจและนำไปปฏิบัติได้อย่างถูกต้อง ไม่ก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบที่ไม่เป็นธรรม ไม่สร้างภาระทั้งต่อภาครัฐ ภาคธุรกิจ และภาคประชาชนเกินความจำเป็น ขณะที่ยังสามารถบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ในการแก้ปัญหาหรือดำเนินการได้ตามภารกิจของ ธปท. อย่างไรก็ตาม กระทรวงการคลัง ที่กำหนดจะแถลงประมาณการเศรษฐกิจไทยปี 2566 และ 2567 ในวันที่ 24 ม.ค.2567 แต่ได้เลื่อนออกไปก่อนอย่างไม่มีกำหนด ก่อนที่จะกลับมานัดหมายสื่อมวลชนแถลงอีกครั้ง เวลา 09.30 น. ทั้งนี้ ธปท.คาดการณ์ด้วยว่า อัตราเงินเฟ้อทั่วไปจะมีแนวโน้มปรับตัวลดลง โดยในปี sixty six ขยายตัวเพิ่มขึ้น 3% กลับเข้ามาสู่กรอบเป้าหมายเงินเฟ้อในไตรมาสที่ three ของปี sixty six และจะลดลงต่อเนื่องในปี sixty seven ซึ่ง ธปท.คาดว่าจะขยายตัวเพิ่มขึ้น 2.1% โดยราคาน้ำมันดิบดูไบมีแนวโน้มลดลงในปี 2567 จากปริมาณการผลิตกลุ่มนอน-โอเปกที่มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้น และการส่งออกน้ำมันของรัสเซียที่มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นเช่นเดียวกัน หลังปรับเปลี่ยนเส้นทางการค้าเพื่อลดผลกระทบจากมาตรการคว่ำบาตร. เครื่องมือของนโยบายการเงินปัจจุบัน คือ อัตราดอกเบี้ยนโยบาย (อัตราดอกเบี้ยธุรกรรมซื้อคืนพันธบัตรแบบทวิภาคีระยะ 1 วัน) ซึ่งกำหนดโดยคณะกรรมการนโยบายการเงิน หรือ กนง.

สภาคณาจารย์สภาพนักงานศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนและเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงศูนย์สาธารณประโยชน์และประชาสังคมศูนย์นวัตกรรมทางธุรกิจศูนย์ปัญญาทัศน์เพื่อการจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาและบริการด้านภาษาและการสื่อสารศูนย์ประสานคณะกรรมการจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ศูนย์คลังปัญญาและสารสนเทศสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ สพบ. พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกฯ ประกาศสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินที่มีความร้ายแรงในเขตท้องที่กรุงเทพฯ เปิดทางให้เจ้าหน้าที่สลายการชุมนุมที่ทำเนียบรัฐบาลช่วงเช้ามืด แกนนำ three คน คือ อานนท์ นำภา พริษฐ์ ชิวารักษ์ และปนัสยา สิทธิจิรวัฒนกุล ถูกจับกุม ช่วงเย็นผู้ชุมนุมรวมตัวที่แยกราชประสงค์จนถึงเวลา 22.17 น. ปัญหาหนึ่งคือประชาชน (รวมทั้งนักศึกษาปัญญาชนด้วย) ส่วนหนึ่งถูกชนชั้นผู้ปกครองดึงไปเข้าข้าง เป็นฝ่ายเสื้อเหลืองและ เสื้อแดง ทำให้ประชาชนขัดแย้งกันเอง แทนที่จะร่วมมือกันในหมู่ภาคประชาชนด้วยกัน และคัดค้านวิพากษ์วิจาร์ณชนชั้นผู้ปกครองที่เอาเปรียบภาคประชาชนอย่างแนบเนียนมากขึ้น. ล่าสุด ศาลรัฐธรรมนูญมีคำวินิจฉัย เมื่อวันที่ 8 ธันวาคมที่ผ่านมา ว่าแกนนำคณะกรรมการประชาชนเพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงปฏิรูปประเทศไทยให้เป็นประชาธิปไตยที่สมบูรณ์แบบอันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข (กปปส.) 5 คน สิ้นสภาพการเป็น ส.ส.

สังคม เศรษฐกิจ การเมือง และเหตุการณ์ปัจจุบัน 2567

จากการคาดการณ์ของอาจารย์สิริพรรณ three พรรคการเมือง – พปชร. (เดิม fifty three เสียง) และ รทสช. (เพิ่งก่อตั้งพรรค ไม่มีเสียง) – น่าจะได้ที่นั่งรวมกันไม่เกิน 160 เสียง ภายใต้การประเมินบนฐานที่ว่าทุกคน-ทุกพรรคมีคะแนนนิยมเท่าเดิม ทว่าโดยข้อเท็จจริง คะแนนของทั้ง พปชร.

การจัดทำงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี 2568 เกิดขึ้นภายใต้รัฐบาลรักษาการของพรรคเพื่อไทย (พท.) เนื่องจากคณะรัฐมนตรีภายใต้การนำของ น.ส.แพทองธาร ชินวัตร ยังอยู่ในขั้นตอนก่อนนำรายชื่อ ครม. ขึ้นทูลเกล้าฯ ซึ่งยังมีขั้นตอนการเข้าเฝ้าเพื่อถวายสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนก่อนปฏิบัติหน้าที่ และการแถลงนโยบายต่อรัฐสภา ซึ่งคาดว่าจะมีขึ้นในช่วงเดือน ก.ย. ความก้าวหน้าและความสำเร็จของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) มีศักยภาพที่จะส่งผลกระทบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อตลาดงาน โดยบางคนคาดการณ์ว่าจะนำไปสู่การว่างงานในบางอุตสาหกรรม บางส่วนกังวลเกี่ยวกับศักยภาพของการย้ายงาน และความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรมใหม่และยกระดับฝีมือแรงงาน .

แต่ถาดหลุมของกองทัพบก สั่งทำต้องมีความยาว 42.5 ซม. คดีที่สอง ทั้ง “รัฐบาล-ภาคธุรกิจ-ประชาชนทั่วไป” รอลุ้นด้วยใจระทึก ก็คือ สถานะของ เศรษฐา ทวีสิน ว่าจะยัง “ได้ไปต่อ” ในตำแหน่งนายกฯ คนที่  30 หรือไม่ หลังศาลรัฐธรรมนูญนัดตัดสินชี้ชะตาในวันพุธที่ 14 ส.ค. 2567 นี้ เวลา 15.00 น. หลังจากนั้นอีก 2 วัน กระทรวงกลาโหมอิสราเอลสั่ง “ปิดล้อม” ฉนวนกาซาอย่างสมบูรณ์ พร้อมหยุดส่ง “พลังงานไฟฟ้า อาหาร และเชื้อเพลิง” ทั้งหมด ท่ามกลางปฏิบัติการโจมตีเป้าหมายกลุ่มฮามาสในกาซาที่ยังดำเนินอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยอิสราเอลเปิดการโจมตีทางอากาศและระดมทิ้งระเบิดอย่างหนักเพื่อตอบโต้ฮามาสเป็นเวลาถึง 3 สัปดาห์ ก่อนเริ่มขยายปฏิบัติการภาคพื้นดินเข้าไปในฉนวนกาซาเมื่อวันที่ 28 ต.ค.

เนื่องจากการดำเนินการนี้เป็นการดำเนินการของพลเรือน ไม่ใช่ภารกิจของทางทหาร จึงจำเป็นต้องตั้งงบประมาณที่ สลน. กลุ่ม “ราษฎร” รวมตัวที่แยกราชประสงค์เวลา 17.00 น. เพื่อกดดันให้นายกฯ ลาออกและปล่อยตัวผู้ที่ถูกจับกุม ผู้ชุมนุมร่วมกันตะโกน “กล้ามาก ๆ เก่งมาก ๆ ขอบใจนะ” ซ้ำหลายครั้งก่อนสลายการชุมนุมในเวลาประมาณ 21.00 น. 2568 วงเงินรวม three.75 ล้านล้านบาท ในวาระที่ 1 จะเกิดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ มิ.ย. ทั้ง three ประเทศในปี 2566 พบว่า เวียดนามและมาเลเซีย มีมูลค่าเกินดุลการค้าจากสหรัฐฯ สูงกว่าการขาดดุลการค้าจากจีน 35,009 ล้านดอลลาร์ สรอ. กรมคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพ กระทรวงยุติธรรม มอบรางวัลใด ระดับดีเด่น ประจำปี 2565 (Human Rights Awards 2022) ประเภทองค์กรธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ ให้กับ ซีพีเอฟ. อีกเหตุการณ์หนึ่งที่เรียกว่า เป็นเหตุการณ์ประวัติศาสตร์ในปีนี้คือ ประธานาธิบดีทรัมป์ของสหรัฐฯ เดินทางเยือนเขตปลอดทหาร (Demilitarized Zone – DMZ) ระหว่างเกาหลีเหนือ-เกาหลีใต้ เพื่อพบกับนายคิม จองอึน ผู้นำเกาหลีเหนือ นายทรัมป์ได้เดินข้ามพรมแดนเข้าไปในเขตของเกาหลีเหนือเป็นช่วงเวลาสั้น ๆ ช่วงปลายเดือน มิ.ย. กลุ่ม “ราษฎร” รวมตัวที่แยกราชประสงค์เวลา 17.00 น. เพื่อกดดันให้นายกฯ ลาออกและปล่อยตัวผู้ที่ถูกจับกุม ผู้ชุมนุมร่วมกันตะโกน “กล้ามาก ๆ เก่งมาก ๆ ขอบใจนะ” ซ้ำหลายครั้งก่อนสลายการชุมนุมในเวลาประมาณ 21.00 น. แต่การเปิดตัวครั้งแรกของเป็ดยางเหล่านี้ที่บริเวณด้านนอกรัฐสภาของไทย เกิดขึ้นพร้อมกับความรุนแรงที่สุดในการประท้วงนับตั้งแต่มีการประท้วงระลอกล่าสุดในเดือน ก.ค.
